Description photexo

Problem: Digital photos from camera and mobile phones all have different filenames.

Photexo: Organise photos in standard directory structure with standard names.

Example layout

This program makes it easy, command line:

photexo.pyz copy magic indir outdir

copy: copy files.
magic: use exif to detect camera model.
indir: a directory with digital photos.
outdir: the directory where we want our structured result.

Background

Over time i've been using different cameras and mobile phones and even an action cam. It's annoying when photos are stored in random directories with inconsistant filenames. This program helps to organsize the photos in a consistant manner. The program has some options for different use cases.
